READ WHAT THE PUBLIC HAVE TO SAY ABOUT SIMPLICITY
My daughter who is 17 loves this magazine because she can identify with the models and the issues in the magazine and I just think that this is an important message t address when looking at the media and our representation. for that reason I have Subscribed to Simplicity for a small fee and I completely think that it's worth it.
I enjoy the diversity in the magazine and the articles I think it makes it more interesting because it's so diverse. It's not just a fashion magazine it's a movement that's successfully making a change and bringing culture into the mainstream media.

This magazine is the beginning of something new for everyone and it's great to see people like me on covers and double spread pages, it just goes to show how far we can make it if we put our minds to it.

"Girls don't understand the power they hold when it comes to making a change and becoming a representation for other young females"
FERDOUS
Ferdous became a model when he was 18 and has travelled to pursue his dream of being an elite model. From the age of 8 Ferdous noticed the double standards in society about masculinity and the role that followed it therefore modelling was a way for him to challenge this and change perceptions of gender.
"When I was younger masculinity was very much stereotypical, you'd have the men providing for the home and the women at home. But since evolution I have found that masculinity is an ever changing concept that has been challenged time and time again which is why I started modelling because it's not seen as a glorified job. My aim is to just show people that we can aspire to be anything in this world"
